Linea Acquamaster-346

Multiparametric probe designed to measure the most important parameters of water, suitable for continuous monitoring of wells, basins etc.
The multiparametric analyser acts as a data logger and can remotely transmit recorded values so allowing a remote control even in locations that are really difficult to reach.
The probe body is made of stainless steel so allowing the installation in sea water and in waste water.
The probe is suitable for deep immersion.
The data logger (portable in Mod.345, and for fixed installation in Mod.346) is installed into an IP65 protection degree housing and includes rechargeable batteries.
A radiofrequency transmitter or a GSM modem are optionally available for remote data retransmission.
In case there is no power supply available at the point of installation the optional photovoltaic kit allows long term autonomy to rechargeable batteries.
A dedicated software allows to contemporarily control many monitoring stations.
The data, recorded in real time or at preset intervals, can be downloaded on disk or on PC to be managed.

OXYGEN

Dissolved Oxygen is typically measured in many processes, some examples are: wastewater treatment plants, fish breeding, fermenters, haemodialysis.
CLR manufactures highly reliable polarographic sensors for the measure of oxygen, 2 electrodes, membrane type.
Oxygen in air is measured in rooms where there may be a dangerous lack of this gas.
These oxygen measuring cells are available for laboratory use and for industrial applications, with many different installation accessories (e.g. the immersion probes, the float for variable level tanks...).  These cells are also used  to measure oxygen in air.

The measuring instruments for the a.m. parameters are available for industrial applications and in the portable version.

We can supply process instrument suitable for panel mounting and for in-field installation (IP65 protection degree):
among  these, the uP transmitter-indicator-controller  is available in two versions: the complete version uP and the light version uPLT.

Main features for both units:

Portable instruments for the measure of pH, ORP, ISE, conductivity and  temperature. These are rugged instruments, suitable for direct use in field, and are supplied c/w batteries, carring case, sensors (on request) and calibration solutions.

A new portable instruments line has been recently developed: it includes portable DO meter, portable meter for oxygen in air and portable sludge interface level meter.  Refer to Series HANDY.

Products for the measure of Turbidity

The measure of turbidity is typically used in wastewater treatment plants, drinking water plants, in food & beverage industry, in the breweries, in paper mills and in many other industries.
The turbidity sensors developed by CLR are nephelometric type, side scattering 90°, and are designed for through-flow, immersion and direct installation in pipeline; they can withstand different conditions of process temperature and pressure.

We can supply process instrument suitable for panel mounting and for in-field installation (IP65 protection degree):
among  these, the uP transmitter-indicator-controller  is available in two versions: the complete version uP and the light version uPLT.

Conductivity is commonly measured in various different applications.
Operating conditions for a conductivity analyser may be very different: for this reason we have developed a wide range of conductivity cells.
W can supply cells with platinum/glass electrodes suitable for laboratory applications, including through-flow cells for very small samples, cells with graphite electrodes and stainless steel electrodes for industrial applications, suitable for immersion and through flow installations, suitable for direct in process installation, in closed pipelines or vessels, also in high-temperature, high-pressure conditions.
The bodies are made of various materials, as Kynar, PES, Stainless Steel, PTFE etc. so suiting the most of the possible applications.
Cell constants are many: K = 0.01 cm, K = 0.1 cm, K = 1 cm, K = 10 cm, K = 100 cm so covering all typical measuring ranges.
We can also supply toroidal (inductive) conductivity sensors, suitable for high range measures and for the use in aggressive samples.

Measure of pH with Antimony sensors

We developed a line of pH analysers with antimony electrodes for the measure of pH in fluids containing hydrofluoric acid, abrasive or very fouling substances, where glass electrodes cannot be used.
Antimony sensors are available for immersion installation, though-flow installation and for direct insertion in closed pipelines even with high-temperature and high-pressure conditions.

pH analysers with antimony electrodes greatly improve the quality of the measure while decresing operating costs of the measuring chain in the medium operating period.
Owing to the corrosion of  the glass membrane, standard glass electrodes have a short physical life when used in liquids containing fluorides or hydrofluoric acid.  
In these application the best solution both from the technical and economic standpoint is the pH analyser with antimony electrodes, which are metallic and  not subject to the corrosion by hydrofluoric acid.
pH sensors with antimony electrodes are also the best choice  in the neutralization process using calcium hydroxide,  where they assure a reliability and a durability not found with other sensors.  The dosage of calcium hydroxide means presence of fouling and abrasive suspended solids, that shortly cause severe scaling and even failure of standard glass pH electrodes.   

The most interesting applications of these sensors are in sugar mills and in soap factories.

Our standard systems are designed to carry out VOC and Formaldehyde emission tests according to ISO 16000-9, EN 16516, GEV testing methods, ASTM D5116, ASTM D6007, EN 717-1, GREENGUARD UL2818, UL2819, UL2820, UL2821, UL2822, UL2823 and many other technical standards.
A remarkable feature of the 250L/225L test chambers is that they are suitable both for VOC emission tests according to the reference standards descibed above and for formaldehyde tests according to EN 717-1.

Selective measure of oxidising substances is very difficult when the concentrations to be detected are very low or very high.
CLR has  recently developed a self-cleaning cell, with low sample consumption, for selective and reliable measure of  chlorine, chlorine dioxide, chlorites, peracetic acid, hydrogen peroxide, ozone, bromine, iodine, permanganate and other oxidizing substances at low concentrations (0-2000 ppb and 0-10 ppm) and at high concentrations (0-2000 ppm).
Other measuring cells, simple and reliable, suitable for reasonably clean waters, complete the line.
All the cells for oxidising substances measure are selective, linear, assure a long-term reliability and  very low maintenance requirements.

CLR offers a very innovative approach to selective measure of reducing substances at low and high concentrations.
Selective measure of reducing substances is very difficult when the concentrations to be detected are very low or very high.
CLR has  recently developed a self-cleaning cell, with low sample consumption, for selective and reliable measure of  sulphites, metabisulfites, sulphur dioxide, and other reducung substances at low concentrations (0-2000 ppb and 0-10 ppm) and at high concentrations (0-2000 ppm).
Other measuring cells, simple and reliable, suitable for reasonably clean waters, complete the line.
