Sensor fitting, pH and ORP measures in highly poisoning processes, Mod.IMM-S-049

Mod.IMM-S-049  probe includes a pH (or ORP)  electrode with salt bridge.   The probe body is filled with the electrolyte  solution (saturated KCl) that acts as the salt bridge electrolyte.   A reference electrode is fixed in the upper part of the probe and immersed in the electrolyte solution; this solution fills the pH (or ORP) electrode body through two holes  and gets in contact with process fluid the the pH (ORP)  electrode porous diaphragm. The probe is supplied integral cables 5 m long   with silicone rubber sheath.
This probe has 1” M  threaded process connections.
This sensor fitting assures a good protection of the electrodes even in the most difficult applications.
The probe body can be filled with the electrolyte.   In this way long operating periods are assured without refilling requirements.  This system also allows to create a head inside the reference electrode that guarantees the diaphragm self cleaning.
The pH   or ORP electrode cable is sealed into a silicone rubber sheath and gets out of the probe from a watertight hole on the side of the upper  part of the probe; the reference electrode cable, sealed into a silicone rubber sheath, gets out of the probe from a cable gland on the top of the probe.
